GIFT CARDS

Village at Sandhill offers Gift Cards for sale at the Village Management Office and Guest Services. Cash, checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express are accepted. You can also order through our online store.

Village at Sandhill Gift Cards are sold in denominations of $5.00 up to a total of $500.00 and may be redeemed at most Village at Sandhill merchants, restaurants and entertainment venues. Please note when purchasing a gift card through our online store a $5.25 Priority Mail shipping fee will be charged per card.

Any amount unused from the card at the time of redemption will be maintained on the card and you may use the cards as long as it has value.

GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Gift Cards are subject to Terms and Conditions. A copy of the Terms and Conditions may be obtained from the service representative. The Terms and Conditions include a maintenance fee. Except where prohibited by law, a nonrefundable monthly maintenance fee in the amount of Two Dollars and Fifty Cents ($2.50) will be deducted each month from the card balance, starting on the day after the first year anniversary of the date the card is purchased.

Returns Guidelines by Department
All merchandise purchased from VillageatSandhill.com may be returned either to the management office or by mail within 30 days of received it, unless otherwise noted below. Additional guidelines are also noted below.

APPAREL, SHOES & ACCESSORIES
All apparel, shoes and accessories items: 30 days with receipt and merchandise must be unworn, with tickets attached, and accompanies by the original pack list/invoice.

GIFTS
Electronic and plastic gift cards: Not returnable or refundable for cash, no exceptions.
