AT&T Retail Sales Manager
Hire, train, and develop sales staff in retail store. Sets appropriate individual performance standards for the store in line with national standards. Facilitates and participates in weekly staff training/educational sessions to increase knowledge, create high levels of motivation, and inspire team to achieve results. Responsible for all functions of the retail store to include sales, customer service, inventory, and technical troubleshooting. Maintains internal visual merchandising and in-store displays and ensures store appearance meets company standards at all times.
