AT&T Retail Sales Manager
Hire, train, and develop sales staff in retail store. Sets appropriate individual performance standards for the store in line with national standards. Facilitates and participates in weekly staff training/educational sessions to increase knowledge, create high levels of motivation, and inspire team to achieve results. Responsible for all functions of the retail store to include sales, customer service, inventory, and technical troubleshooting. Maintains internal visual merchandising and in-store displays and ensures store appearance meets company standards at all times. Maintain proper inventory controls, facilitates inventory transactions and maintains compliance with AT&T store standards. Perform daily sales paperwork audits for accuracy. Manages daily cash handling and accounts payable activity. Analyze transactions to processes, and maximize resources.
Required Qualification:
2-3 years management experience in the telecommunications and/or retail industry. Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet to exceed performance standards. Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
